Chief-Apostle Jeannette M. Hall is a servant leader who seeks meticulously after the heart of God, to 

know the mind of God for His people. She has epitomized the true meaning II John 1:1 which states that “The Elect Lady and her children. She is the current Pastor and founder of Higher Dimensions Ministries headquartered in Green Pond South Carolina.

Growing up everybody knew that there was a call of God upon her life, under the tutelage of the late Pastor Christina Pope Bing, she began to walk into the fullness of her calling the Pastor. A fashion designer by profession, and at the passing of her mother, she pursued her ministerial call fully, retiring from her profession. 

During this time, she served energetically under the late Pastor Christina Pope Bing faithfully as her Assistant Pastor for a decade. Apostle Hall’s dedication and commitment caught the eyes of heaven and Her God who elevated her into the position of a Pastor in 1999. Since then, she has never looked back, under her leadership, Higher Dimensions has made efforts in the community through many outreach programs.

The Bible declares that promotion in Psalm 75:6 that promotion does not come from the four corners of the earth but from the Lord, and hence God has deemed it fit to promote his servant to the office of Apostleship in  May 2017. Chief-Apostle Hall is a 1995 graduate of the Holy Spirit School of Ministry in Walterboro South Carolina. Apostle Jeannette M Hall is a blessed, anointed and appointed, who teaches the word of God in and out of season in its fullness. Her desire is to seek and cause everyone to fulfill their divine given purposes, she is gentle as a dove in her demeanor yet bold as a lion. Apostle Jeannette is regarded by many as a virtuous Woman in Proverb 31. She is the mother of five children, who all works diligently in the ministry with her. Her Favorite scripture is I Samuel 16:12, “The Lord said arise; anoint Him (Her) for this is He (She). Apostle is fearless, tenacious and we believe that she is called into this part of the vineyard for such a time as this.  Apostle Hall is also the author of the book called When Grace Calls.

Michael L. Thomas

Michael, originally from Louisiana, commenced his professional journey in the United States Navy after finishing high school, where he served with distinction from 1988 to 1994. During his time in the Navy, he completed numerous deployments and received various military unit ribbons, medals, and commendations. Notable achievements include being recognized as Sailor of the Quarter while deployed on the USS Milwaukee and receiving the esteemed Navy Achievement Medal of Honor during his tenure at the Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity Command in Portsmouth, Virginia.

In 1997, Michael earned his Associate Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC. Subsequently, in 1998, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University. Expanding his academic horizons, Michael achieved a Master’s Degree from Webster University in 2001 and a Master’s in Information Science in 2004. Continuing his educational journey, he completed a Master’s in Secondary Education Leadership from Charleston Southern University in 2009.

Motivated by a desire to effect positive change, Michael transitioned to grant writing within local county government, utilizing his skills to secure funding for community projects. His responsibilities included collaborating with agencies and organizations to improve community life through successful grant applications and evaluations.

With a deep-rooted interest in education cultivated through his interactions with students and mentoring young individuals, Michael pursued his teaching certification. Over more than two decades, he dedicated his career to various roles, such as middle school assistant principal, high school teacher, coach, and principal. Furthermore, he shared his knowledge as an adjunct instructor at Orangeburg Technical College in South Carolina. After retiring in 2022, Michael, armed with a wealth of experience, now brings his expertise to Eloiplayhaus. He currently enjoys quality time with family and friends, relishing moments spent reading.

Autumn Porter fell in love with psychology as a senior in high. She took her passion and attended Francis Marion University, completing her degree in psychology in 2014. While there, she was the president of the psychology, and served her community in many capacities.

Autumn Porter fell in love with psychology as a senior in high. She took her passion and attended Francis Marion University, completing her degree in psychology in 2014. While there, she was the president of the psychology, and served her community in many capacities.

After graduating, a pause in education provided a door for Ms. Porter, to get a job working with special education as a teaching assistant During this time, Ms. Porter, got into the University of South Carolina, to pursue a masters in social work. She completed two internships while in the program, one as a behavioral interventionist and another with the Charleston Dorchester Mental Health. Ms. Porter Graduated in 2018, and knew she wanted to work in the mental health filed.

In 2020, Ms. Porter was hired as a School-Based therapist, working with high school students. In her time at Charleston Dorchester Mental health, Ms. Porter has participated in anti-stigma events working to remove the stigma from mental illness and mental health. She has also started speaking in the area, sharing the importance of mental health. In her spare time, Ms. Porter enjoys her nephews, church activities and painting. Ms. Porter has found a special passion for nature, seeking out new ways to explore creation. She enjoys going to the mountains beaches and on nature walks.

My name is Donnimechia Singleton and since 2013 I have dedicated myself to the improvement of the youth, families, under-served, and community improvement within the city of North Charleston and the surrounding areas. From that time I began a free after school tutoring program for children within under performing schools in Charleston County, voluntary youth sports coach, performed multiple community cleanups per year, Human Services Client Advocate for victims of violent crimes and gun violence, and founded a nonprofit organization in 2018 called North Charleston SC Youth Resistance Inc (NCSCYRI).

North Charleston, SC Youth Resistance Inc. mission is to help the underserved communities within the Low-country fight against poverty and gun violence by viewing it as a public health issue, providing community-based youth gun violence prevention tactics to the public, and providing wraparound services to gun violence victims and their families. We have a huge emphasis on assisting at risk youth and those who have lost their parents due to gun violence and/or are impacted by gun violence and violent crimes. The organization has helped fill in the gap for many in need, including free after school tutoring for all students, feeding the homeless, back to school supply and Christmas giveaways, gun violence prevention
community events, career development, financial literacy, youth sports and more.
