2. Human Trafficking:Human trafficking awareness focuses on identifying victims in our communities and providing resources for prevention and support.
3. Total Quality Management & Quality Leadership “Total Quality Management in schools emphasizes leadership strategies to improve educational outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Healing from Trauma: explores Triggered responses, Resentment Buildup, Abandonment Fears, Unhealthy dynamics, Mistrust, and Affective dysregulation, focusing on healing and recovery.”

Higher Dimensions Ministries, Green Pond, South Carolina
Chief-Apostle Jeannette M. Hall is a servant leader who seeks meticulously after the heart of God, to know the mind of God for His people. She has epitomized the true meaning II John 1:1 which states that “The Elect Lady and her children. She is the current Pastor and founder of Higher Dimensions Ministries headquartered in Green Pond South Carolina.

 

Growing up everybody knew that there was a call of God upon her life, under the tutelage of the late Pastor Christina Pope Bing, she began to walk into the fullness of her calling the Pastor. A fashion designer by profession, and at the passing of her mother, she pursued her ministerial call fully, retiring from her profession.

 

During this time, she served energetically under the late Pastor Christina Pope Bing faithfully as her Assistant Pastor for a decade. Apostle Hall’s dedication and commitment caught the eyes of heaven and Her God who elevated her into the position of a Pastor in 1999. Since then, she has never looked back, under her leadership, Higher Dimensions has made efforts in the community through many outreach programs.

 

The Bible declares that promotion in Psalm 75:6 that promotion does not come from the four corners of the earth but from the Lord, and hence God has deemed it fit to promote his servant to the office of Apostleship in  May 2017. Chief-Apostle Hall is a 1995 graduate of the Holy Spirit School of Ministry in Walterboro South Carolina. Apostle Jeannette M Hall is a blessed, anointed and appointed, who teaches the word of God in and out of season in its fullness.

 

Her desire is to seek and cause everyone to fulfill their divine given purposes, she is gentle as a dove in her demeanor yet bold as a lion. Apostle Jeannette is regarded by many as a virtuous Woman in Proverb 31. She is the mother of five children, who all works diligently in the ministry with her. Her Favorite scripture is I Samuel 16:12, “The Lord said arise; anoint Him (Her) for this is He (She).

 

Apostle is fearless, tenacious and we believe that she is called into this part of the vineyard for such a time as this.  Apostle Hall is also the author of the book called When Grace Calls.

Shani Smallen

Shani’s journey from Jamaica to South Carolina is a testament to resilience, compassion, and leadership. As the proud owner of Visit by an Angel Home Care, she has built a thriving home care agency that prioritizes personalized, compassionate services for the local community. With a strong foundation in healthcare management, Shani oversees operations with a dedication to enhancing the well-being of her clients.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shani actively contributes to her community, sponsoring a local girls’ soccer team for those under 15, fostering youth talent, and promoting health through sports. She also organizes community clean-up initiatives, ensuring South Carolina’s natural parks and beaches remain pristine for future generations. In addition, she hosts cultural events to celebrate Jamaican heritage, sharing music, cuisine, and stories with her neighbors.

Shani’s inspiring story highlights how one individual can transform their environment, pursue their passions, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Her unwavering dedication to both her business and community continues to impact South Carolina, setting an example for others to follow.
